Returns

Returns are not accepted. Courses are training services, not physical goods, so they cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. You may move your enrolment to another date/edition, subject to availability, up to 7 days before the start, at no cost.

Right of withdrawal

• Withdraw within 14 days with a full refund if the course has not started.
• Once delivery has begun, the right of withdrawal is exhausted (art. 59 Italian Consumer Code).
• Business customers (VAT number) are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal.

Non-conforming service

If a course is not delivered or does not match its description, you are entitled to a full refund.
